Terms of Service

Service. Parbud provides AI-assisted parenting support, bedtime stories, activity ideas, and Daily Peace emails for general informational and emotional support.

Age requirement. Parbud is intended for users 18 years of age and older. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Parents and children. Parbud is a service for parents and caregivers, not a service for children. You are responsible for the information you choose to share about your children, including names, ages, and behavioral details. Avoid sharing unnecessary identifiers or sensitive child information.

Plans. The free plan includes limited daily conversations and content generations. Paid Peace Mode and Family Mode plans provide expanded or unlimited access as described on the pricing page, subject to fair use and platform availability.

No medical advice. Parbud is not medical, mental health, legal, educational, or emergency advice. For fever, injury, rash, safety risks, developmental concerns, mental health concerns, or emergencies, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly unless canceled.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal in Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Data rights. You can request an export or deletion of your stored Parbud account data by using the authenticated account endpoints or emailing hello@parbud.care.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, submit unlawful content, attempt to reverse engineer it, or rely on AI output for decisions requiring professional judgment.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and applicable Canadian federal law.
